Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Client Engagement Engineer to join our team! Ensuring that our clients can use their Felix Solution with the least problems and being able to effectively communicate with them while troubleshooting are the keys.

Experience: 2 – 3 Years

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Motivation to learn new skills and technologies
  • Understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL or other database systems
  • Understanding/Experiences in Python and other programming languages
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
